CraveSeek is a beta service for deciding what and where to eat. These terms cover website registration and beta use. Questions? Contact [email protected].
Your account
Use an email address you control, provide accurate account information, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not impersonate another person, access other people’s accounts, abuse invitations, submit unlawful or abusive content, or interfere with the service.
Beta availability
Registration does not guarantee an invitation, access on a particular platform, or a launch date. Beta features may change or be unavailable while we test and improve them. Use the same verified account when you receive app access.
Free and Plus
Free includes core discovery, normal meal planning, participation, RSVPs, voting, booking coordination and basic history. Plus adds convenience such as cuisine suggestions, multi-area search, additional plan admins and a higher discovery allowance. Invited members can participate without Plus; premium group tools depend on the host’s access.
30-day complimentary beta promotion
New beta members receive 30 days of complimentary Plus from account/profile creation while the promotion is active. The period does not restart on app installation or receipt of an invitation. Existing members should check their current Plus status in the app.
No payment or credit card is required. The promotion does not renew or convert to a paid subscription, and you will not be charged automatically when it ends. Your account continues on Free after promotional access expires unless you have another active Plus entitlement. Paid subscriptions are not available yet. This website does not offer checkout or collect payment information.
Restaurant information and reservations
CraveSeek provides suggestions and planning tools. Restaurant listings, availability, hours, prices and other details can change. Verify them directly with the restaurant. CraveSeek does not automatically make or guarantee a reservation. A booking report in the app is information shared by a participant and should be confirmed with the restaurant.
Recommendations are not a guarantee of dietary suitability or allergen safety. Confirm ingredients, allergy handling, accessibility and other requirements with the restaurant before ordering or visiting.
Shared plans and feedback
Only submit content you have the right to share. Keep reviews and reports relevant and accurate, and avoid including private information about others. Plan participants can view shared planning information. CraveSeek may restrict misuse of the service or remove content that interferes with other members’ use.
Privacy, support and account deletion
See our Privacy Policy for information handling. Contact Support for account questions or use the authenticated deletion request page. A deletion request does not immediately erase the account.
Changes
We may update the website, beta features and these terms as development progresses. The effective date above identifies this version. Any future paid offering will need a separate, explicit purchase; complimentary beta access alone never authorizes billing.
